Why Humber Summit is on Wraparound365
Wraparound365 focuses on the 33 neighbourhoods ranked 1 to 33 in Table 4 of the City of Toronto’s TSNS 2020 Neighbourhood Equity Index report (March 2014). Humber Summit appears at position 14.
That historical ranking explains why the neighbourhood was selected. It isn’t a measure of the services here today, their quality, or the neighbourhood itself.
The City’s Neighbourhood Improvement Area (NIA) designation is a separate classification. City records classify Humber Summit as a Neighbourhood Improvement Area.
