Wraparound365 focuses on the 33 neighbourhoods ranked 1 to 33 in Table 4 of the City of Toronto’s TSNS 2020 Neighbourhood Equity Index report (March 2014). Rexdale-Kipling appears at position 33.
That historical ranking explains why the neighbourhood was selected. It isn’t a measure of the services here today, their quality, or the neighbourhood itself.
